The whole process with Nova surveyors was fantastic. Rosie in particular was great. As first time buyers it can be really overwhelming and daunting. Rosie took time to contact me in the morning and ask my concerns etc on the house. She then completed the report really quickly, which was really easy and simple to understand. We would definitely recommend and use this company again.

This is great, thank you! Definitely puts our minds at ease to know there is no major issues, especially with the roof. We had talked about putting in a combi boiler fairly quickly after moving in, so this just confirms this. I would definitely recommend it (I have in-fact already mentioned to a couple of people). We went for this report as we were happy with the obvious visual issues with the house but wanted an expert view on the parts we wouldn’t understand if there was an issue or not. As we are planning on putting in a new kitchen and bathroom fairly quickly, we feel we wouldn’t need the RCIS Level 2 report on these parts, therefore the core survey was ideal. We were very impressed with the level of detail in the report.
