We can undertake inspections in relation to defects in a certain part of a property through to undertaking a building inspection of the whole property. This survey may focus on a particular issue such as damp, woodworm infestation or structural movement, rather than a cover-all survey.

As part of the project management process we will monitor both the quality and value of the work and issue instructions and validation certificates through to completion of the works.
If you are undertaking a new build residential development or conservation project then we can offer a Professional Consultants Certificate in accordance with the Council of Mortgage Lenders' Handbook. The project will be inspected at key stages of the project from inception through to completion when a certificate will be issued. The certificate will cover the structural items of the property and will be in place for six years from the date of issue.
